Tight Hole Security Proposal

• Attend pre-spud meeting(s) to determine the scope of the project and provide lease design suggestions.

• Recommend physical and information security equipment and procedures to achieve the desired level of security.

• Provide complete security awareness briefings to Head Office management, on-site drilling and rig managers, and geologists at the commencement of drilling.

• Provide briefings to joint venture partners, core labs, etc., as required.

• Provide a less detailed security briefing to rig and service crews, including directional drillers, mud loggers, bit hands, etc., and guard or safety personnel.

• Review / recommend security procedures at core labs, etc.

• Arrange for guard services as and if required.

• Provide electronic sweeps of the rig, sensitive head office areas, and residences to ensure information remains confidential.

• Provide on-site security management presence until all critical phases are completed, and no further risk of loss of information exists.

• Provide counter-surveillance to identify scouts and their employer, and limit their activities.

• Other services, as required, to meet the due diligence requirements of the project.
